It is important to choose TV program carefully. Although television is the most important channel to offer information and entertainments to us;Perhaps it have some faults.There are some programs which are full of violenceand lust have bad effect on teenagers.Spending too much time watching TV will harm our eyesight. Therefore,we are supposed to choose TV program which are beneficial to us.The most important thing is that do not be a couch potato.
