My Favorite Outdoor Activity

Of all the outdoor activities,I like jogging best.Allow me to suggest a few good points for jogging.First,jogging not only good for the health but also helpful for overcoming tiredness.Next, it is a good way to test my endurance and makes my heart stronger.Finally,it can raise my sense of achievement.I really like this exercise, it helps me both physically and mentally.
