Needless to say,"Health is above wealth." But how can we keep health? Firstly, we should put much emphasis on balanced diet and eat more high-fiberfoods. Secondly,proper exercise is helpful to our health. Because it can relive our stress and tension. Thirdly,a regular life is also important for good health. Finally,doing some recreations in leisure time can keeps us in a cheerful mood.It is a blessing to have good health. So, you had better take good care of your body as soon as possible.
