There are many advantages between city and country. First, the big city is a place of a higher level of culture. In the free time, we can go the concerts, plays, and movies. Second, the city has so many convenience stores and department stores,making shopping easy. Third, the city is usually a transportation center. Besides, the big city offers more job. Undoubetdly, city life is exciting. However, we often hear people complain about the noise, pollution and busy life.
Therefore, some people enjoy living in the country. In there, people lead a carefree life. Whenever we go, we can see the green fields and flowers. Furthermore, the fresh air, clean earth, and clear rivers all make city residents jealous. Although there are few srores and restaurants, and transportation is not so convenient, the clean and unpolluted environment is what city residents are always looking forward to.

Yesterday morning, I overslept and missed the bus. Because my parents have gone to the work. I had no choice but to take a taxi to school. To save a few seconds, the driver was speeding and driving recklessly. Besides, he honked the horn loudly and ran many red lights. What's worse, an old woman almost hit by taxi. I was almost scared to death and that ride was certainly far from pleasant.

Forty years ago, she was preparing for getting married, waiting for the coming of the next day with delight like the newly wed. Suddenly, she heard a piece of bad news that her husband's car had lost control and rushed into the residence. From then on, she has turned up in the hospital everyday,because her husband wouldn't wake up again unless there was a miracle. Although the opportunity of his recover is so littleness, she still wants to be her husband's bridge throughout her life.

In wedding anniversary she wears a wedding dress and stay with him, talking about the sweet memory before. I admired their emotion such as faithful. During I worked in the hospital, I got many experiences such as pain, death, sadness, and disappointment from the patients. But there is also filled with love, happiness and so on. We should cherish what we have and never ignore the consideration from others who are really love us.

Growing up means making my own decisions. In fact, we make decisions every day, such as choosing socks in the morning and eating dinner at night. As time passing by, the decisions we have own opinion and not to depend on others again. Absolutely, we should be responsible for any decisions we made.


The hardest decision that I ever made was whether I attend the English speech contest. In my junior high school, my teacher encouraged me to attend it. At the time, I firmly believed that I couldn't make it, because I had a great fear of speaking in public. When I was hesitant about it, my friends helped me to build up my confidence. It has been widely used in many fields.
